Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes
They both have :
make proteins, and hold organelles within their cell.
- Some form of DNA
- Cellular Membranes
- Ribosomes
- Cytoplasm
make proteins, and hold organelles within their cell.
Differences
Plant cells have chloroplasts, while animal cells don't. This means plants can undergo photosynthesis but animals cannot. Plants also have a cell wall while the animal cell doesn't. So animals don't provide as much lined structure as plant cells.
Plants have large vacuoles. Animal cells vacuoles are relatively small. This means plants can hold more nutrients, water, and waste inside the cell all at once.

Plant and animal cells
Both plant and animals have nucleus' which means they have a control center.
Both cells have a nuclear membrane which envelopes the nucleus.
They both have a nucleolus. Both plants and animals can make ribosomes.
Having ribosomes in both cells means animals and plants can assemble proteins.
You can find mitochondria used for cellular respiration are found in each cell.
In plants and animals the golgi body/apparatus means that they can modify, sort, and package proteins.
Vesicles are found in both types of cells so substances are able to be transported throughout the cell.
Having Smooth E.R. means they can both create lipids
Rough E.R. allows both plants and animals to assemble lipids and proteins.
Both plants and animals have a cellular membrane, which lets things in and out of it.
